We Thirst™ is a popular inspirational series that educates about the topic of addiction from a Christian perspective.

The program consists of five contemplative sessions, which are designed for all Christians, including the afflicted and their families and friends, counselors, nurses, priests, pastors, deacons, chaplains, etc., those in the criminal justice system, educators, and anyone who would like to learn more to become part of a solution to a problem that has reached epidemic proportions.

We Thirst thoroughly explores the nature of addiction and our responsibility as followers of Christ in responding to those who are suffering.  These are the marginalized, the sick, the oppressed, and those whom Jesus advocated for and whom we are called to love.

This series is designed to educate and spread awareness, but it is beautifully unique.  Unlike most other programs that simply inform, this program encourages:

  • HOPE AND EMPATHY
  • COURAGE
  • PRUDENCE
  • COMMUNITY
  • MERCYFAITH, and LOVE
  • ACTION

The five sessions may be scheduled consecutively or weekly, and the series may also be offered as a weekend retreat.
